COVID-19 CARES Assistance Program

UCAP CARES Mission Statement: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and Proclamation 9994 declaring  a national emergency and the creation of the Corona Aid, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, UCAP has been authorized to provide emergency relief funding to assist struggling individuals and partnerships within our service area.

How to apply for assistance?

Individuals can download an application here or call 918.762.3041 to request an application be mailed. PLEASE complete all sections of the application including COVID-19 impact statement section. Partnerships (Organizations) should contact UCAP for application instructions.

Q.1 What are the income guidelines to qualify for COVID-19 CARES Assistance consideration?
A.1 The current guidelines require a maximum income of 200% of the Federal Poverty Level for consideration. Proof of income is required. 

Q.2 What COVID-19 related issues should be included in my impact statement?
A.2 UCAP will consider any issue related to essential needs including but not limited to affordable and adequate housing, utility payment, nutrition, health or medical needs, childcare expenses, and general safety tools (PPE) for allocations


Q.3 How long will it take to know if I am approved for an allocation?
A.3 Please allow 60 days to process your application and allow for notification.
