Osage Senior Project
Eligible seniors at least 60 years of age may ask about eligibility for a free transportation project in Fairfax, Hominy, McCord, Pawhuska, and Skiatook. Participants must complete a Title III Program Registration/Intake Form.

Funding for the project has been made available under a contract with INCOG Area Agency on Aging, under Title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965. The project will run July 2, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
Services provided by the Older Americans Act of 1965 are provided at no cost. Donations are accepted to help defray the cost of services and are used to expand existing Title III services. Suggested donation is $1 per ride.
