Creek Senior Project
Eligible seniors at least 60 years of age may ask about eligibility for a free transportation project. Participants must complete a Title III Program Registration/Intake Form.

A portion of the project costs are met by state and federal Older Americans Act funds from INCOG Area Agency on Aging and OKDHS-Aging Services.

The project will run July 2, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Services provided by the Older Americans Act of 1965 are provided at no cost. Donations are accepted to help defray the cost of services and are used to expand existing Title III services. Suggested donation is $1 per ride.
